DANIELLE PAQUETTE, FNP

Danielle Paquette is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in geriatrics and complex care management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Rivier College and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. With over 20 years of experience, she provides in-home medical care, primary care and diabetes management. She has coordinated with various providers to help prevent hospitalizations and has extensive experience in diabetes and complex care management.

When not working, Danielle enjoys spending time with family including her husband, three kids, grandson and two crazy dogs. Her two sons are currently in college and her daughter works in law enforcement. She enjoys watching her boys play baseball, going camping and playing board games and cards.
